We asked you what changes you would like to see in the way we book and bill hotels and we listened. We’ve implemented the following changes below to help you budget better internally and recieve invoices quicker.
All your hotel bookings will now be charged at the time of booking using a hotel billback for those clients who opt in. This will give you instant visibility on spend to date in a certain month.
By being charged upfront not only will you have greater visibility but there will no longer be reconciliation delays between us and your hotel. This means a faster, better service.
By choosing one singular method of billing you will start a new more reliable and efficient billback solution for your hotel programme by removing manual and time consuming processes.
While we were looking at better ways of billing we took some time to improve our systems and processes to ensure your hotel experience and reporting wasn’t effected by the changes.
We’ve improved our management infromation (MI) reporting and analysis to ensure that your data always shows charged bills.
Additional meal allowances charges will continue to billed after the stay but the room element will be billed at time of booking.
This process is still fully complaint with the EU TOMS scheme for VAT reclaiming. Giving you further peace of mind booking hotels with us.
