The integration of Prestige Business Travel operations with those of our new parent company, Gray Dawes Travel, began on the 1 August, 2020.

These exciting new service developments – and what they mean for you, your travellers and your organisation – are outlined below.

In August, Prestige Business Travel joined forces with Gray Dawes. 

Our two businesses are renowned for the quality of their service, a focus on providing business travel with a personal touch and industry leading client-facing technology – a combination that sets us apart in the corporate travel arena.

This coming together of our two independent, family owned power-houses will see us carve out a truly differentiated space on both the domestic and global business travel stages. And greatly enhance our breadth and quality of service we provide to you.

TELEPHONE SYSTEMS

 

One of the first operational integrations to take place will be an upgrade to all Travel Team’s telephone systems. However, how you contact your Travel Team will not change. All the numbers you currently use will remain exactly the same.

What you will discover is an even better booking experience. Your dedicated travel team just got a lot bigger, meaning you will benefit from far quicker and easier support.

Whether it is controlling your travel policy, managing approvals or capturing your data, it is completely tailored and flexible. Our technology is versatile, powerful and meaning.

 

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION

 

We will deliver you a live management information platform using our YourData online reporting system, powered by Microsoft BI. Reports can either be accessed online through secure individual login or via monthly PDF reports that are sent to each of the budget holders across the company.

 

INVOICING

 

From 10 August 2020, the look of our invoices is going to change. As Prestige Business Travel is financially incorporated into Gray Dawes Travel, the trading name of Gray Dawes Travel Ltd, so our invoices to you need to reflect this change of company.

Rest assured, however, that this change is purely cosmetic. All your required billing information will still be there, just as you need it.

Maintaining the integrity and protection of all clients’ data is of paramount importance to us. This ethos continues under Gray Dawes Travel.
