An Award-Winning Evening…
At the end of September, the great and the good of the business travel industry gathered at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London for a glitzy evening to celebrate the community’s achievements over the last 12 months.
The Business Travel Awards Europe – regarded as the Oscar’s of the business travel industry – featured finalists from 22 different categories, with eventual winners undergoing a rigorous judging process. We were therefore delighted to be crowned Travel Partner of the Year: Medium TMC for all of our hard work and innovation over the past year. It’s actually the second time we’ve won this highest accolade in our industry!
The Ingredients of an Award-Winning TMC
The judging panel of industry experts were impressed by Gray Dawes’ innovative approach, excellent client retention rate, and strong leadership. They highlighted the company’s investments in technology, such as YourTrip, TripSure and Portal, and their effective NDC content strategy. The submission demonstrated Gray Dawes’ success in both staff and client retention, the ability to address industry challenges, and strong client collaboration, making them a standout TMC in delivering value and advanced travel solutions.
