Our CEO, Suzanne Horner, has been named as one of LDC’s Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders for 2020.
Now in its third year, the programme, which is supported by The Telegraph, celebrates the inspiring leaders behind some of the UK’s most successful and fast-growing medium-sized firms.
There were more than 350 nominations and those profiled hail from every corner of the country, operate across a multitude of industries, employ more than 5,250 people and collectively contribute more than £1bn to the UK economy.

The search for this year’s Top 50 began shortly before COVID-19 struck the UK; it was uncertain whether the awards could – or should – go ahead. But it was decided that, once again due to the sheer number and calibre of the leaders nominated, that British ambition is alive and well.
With over 350 nominations we are so proud that Suzanne was recognised for defying the odds in the face of extreme adversity this year and included in the Top 50.
