The British Airways Airbus A350 is now flying to selected destinations across the globe. This state-of-the-art aircraft offers environmental benefits including fewer Co2 emissions, 25% less fuel burn and, as the quietest twin-aisle aircraft yet, a 40% noise footprint reduction.
COMFORT AND STYLE
Club Suite, British Airways new A350 business class cabin, brings customers the comfort of their own on-board space with private door. This opens to reveal a specially designed seat that converts to a fully flat bed. Restaurant-style dining, a wide choice of films and programmes, as well as our award-winning service, are all part of the Club Suite experience.
NOW FLYING TO SELECTED DESTINATIONS
The A350 is now flying to Dubai, Tel Aviv and Toronto, with Bangalore following in 2020. Plans to feature Club Suite on all long-haul aircraft by 2025 – including 33% of aircraft in 2020 – are now underway.
SEE IT FOR YOURSELF
Sustainability is high on the global agenda. Following COP26 we look at how travelling by train instead of flying between European countries can make a sizeable impact on the carbon impact of your business travel.
The Business Travel Association recently commissioned independent consultants, Nina & Pinter, to look at the different relationship models which exist between corporates and TMCs. The result is an insightful paper, the purpose of which is to help support the industry in getting the best from their Travel Management Company RFP process.
We recently caught up with one of our Travel Consultants, Laura Fairburn, to find out what it has been like returning to a completely different landscape that she left 18 months ago and to find out if service times have been affected by the pandemic.
