Inside the Business Travel Show Europe 2025
our experience at one of Europe’s biggest business travel eventsThe Business Travel Show is one of the biggest dates in corporate travel calendars, and we at Gray Dawes were proud to be at the beating heart of it all…
Held in the huge conference halls of ExCeL London, the show was a sparkling celebration of the innovation within the industry, the collaboration between travel providers and suppliers, and a stark reminder – if one was ever needed – of the ever-evolving landscape of business travel.
Held between 25 and 26 June, the Business Travel Show brought together thousands of professionals to talk about their industry experiences, showcase their new technology, and attend sessions and seminars hosted by industry leaders, trailblazers, and forward-thinking suppliers. To say it was an eye-opening few days would be an understatement.
The show also gave us the perfect stage to showcase our award-winning work from our sleek, modern exhibition stand, complete with barista-made cappuccinos served fresh from the Gray Dawes-branded café.
In this article, we take you behind the scenes of the show, reflect on a few eye-opening days, and share how Gray Dawes continues to lead the way with our Always On approach to delivering High Touch, High Tech, and High Content service at every stage of a business trip.
All About Stand L40
Perhaps it’s a bit of a cliché to say “bigger and better than ever”, but in the case of Gray Dawes at this year’s show, the phrase couldn’t have been more accurate.
Our eye-catching stand on plot L40 – a marvel of rounded corners, smooth surfaces, and space-age aesthetics – featured comfortable seating areas for visitors to chat, a bar stocked with cold drinks, and even a claw-grabbing machine from which players could win a set of Beats headphones as well as vouchers for Hotels.com or the luxury chauffeur service Blacklane worth £250 and £150 respectively.
But the stand itself wasn’t the only Gray Dawes territory at the show. For the first time ever, Gray Dawes had its very own cafe – a place where all of our guests and visitors could sit and relax while sipping on a barista-made coffee.
