The current conflict in the Middle East, and the huge political and logistical challenges that followed, proved just how important it is for a TMC to be able to handle travel plans when the unexpected happens.

I’m planning to write up a few tests where we’ll simulate ringing in with an incident and go through the whole motion of dealing with it from start to finish.”
