Gray Dawes Travel’s global expansion continues with the opening of our New Zealand operation, further strengthening our Always On promise to international business travel clients.
Gray Dawes Travel New Zealand is based in Auckland, and will operate under its own IATA certification, further expanding our steadily growing portfolio, which already includes significant operations in the UK, Europe, America and APAC.
Working closely with Gray Dawes’ offices in Sydney and Melbourne in Australia, our New Zealand base will strengthen services for existing APAC clients, as well as better serving local New Zealand customers both locally and internationally.

New Zealand will benefit from consistent, personal service across a single technology platform, a single service level agreement, and a single point of contact.
Speaking about the expansion into New Zealand, Suzanne Horner, CEO of Gray Dawes Travel, said:
“Our clients increasingly want global solutions, even the smaller ones. They’re taking us on that journey. We’ve been very successful acquiring businesses in the UK, Australia, the USA and, most recently, in the Netherlands and integrating them. And now this organic growth in New Zealand, as we expand our APAC operation, is very exciting. It represents the next step in our global growth plan and further strengthens our unique ALWAYS ON service delivery strategy.”
The launch underscores Gray Dawes’ commitment to delivering high touch, high tech, and high content business travel management across every time zone. With our award-winning proprietary PORTAL platform, we offer clients enhanced visibility, policy control, sustainability tracking, and duty-of-care solutions.
Kathryn Sari, Senior Vice President of Gray Dawes Travel APAC, added:
“Out of hours, for example, just isn’t a thing for Gray Dawes; we are ALWAYS ON – there for our clients, where they need us, when they need us. And with a shared technology platform across the entire Gray Dawes operation, our APAC clients enjoy a seamless, personal service as we follow the sun around the globe from the UK and Europe to America, to Australia and New Zealand, and back to Europe.”
The establishment of Gray Dawes Travel New Zealand marks another milestone in our global expansion strategy.
The launch and expansion across the Asia-Pacific region strengthens our ability to provide clients with the best of both worlds: outstanding local service with a boutique feel, backed by global scale, infrastructure and valuable expertise.
