Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely quotes and reservations for our clients via Atriis and SABRE GDS
- Promote and maintain a “Customer First” culture in all areas, so that service standards are prioritized, and everyone is committed to the on-going achievement and improvement of service standards.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that operational service standards are fully integrated with every other business function so that clients receive “seamless” service.
- Be available for incoming calls from clients.
- Ability to work as a team in a shared inbox environment.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of how corporate travel fares are built.
- Knowledge and understanding of all operational processes and how they fit with the rest of the business.
Skills & Requirements
Experience
- Business travel experience
- Proficiency with SABRE GDA
Attitude & Aptitude
- Highly motivated and a true “self-starter” to ensure that goals and targets are consistently met.
- Enjoy being part of a busy team and work well with other teams
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple projects and willingness to assist in ad-hoc tasks to meet team deadlines
