Thailand digitaliseert grenscontrole: Introductie van de Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)
Per 1 mei 2025 voert Thailand een belangrijke modernisering door in de grensprocedures. De traditionele papieren TM6-kaart wordt vervangen door de volledig digitale Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC). Deze digitale oplossing is bedoeld om de grenspassage te versnellen en de reiservaring voor internationale bezoekers te verbeteren — of zij nu per vliegtuig, over land of via zee aankomen.
