MAIN PURPOSE
A fantastic opportunity to join the Gray Dawes Supplier Relations Team in a role which is varied and wide reaching. Managing and optimizing supplier revenue across all products: Air, Hotel, Ancillary. Working closely with the business and suppliers alike to deliver on key objectives. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the Head of Supplier Relations, stepping in wherever necessary.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Data analytics – using data to drive existing strategies, spot and act on any threats to margin and develop new income opportunities.
- Online revenue management – using all the tools at our deposal to drive supplier sales and revenue through our booking platforms Atriis and Concur.
- Supplier Partner Relations – managing supplier relationships & commercial contracts wherever necessary.
- Supplier Training & Awareness – facilitating in person and virtual training, managing incentives and supplier marketing. Utilising the Hub to maximum effect.
- Escalations – stepping in wherever necessary to ensure a quick and positive outcomes to supplier service related issues via our network of contacts and partners.
- Internal Communication – to work closely across all areas of the business; Leadership, Operations, Account Management, Technology & Finance in the delivery of Supplier Support, Sales, Services and Income.
KEY SKILLS
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high degree of versatility and an openness to new ideas. We are looking for someone who is pro-active, driven, enthusiastic, has a head for numbers and great inter-personal skills. Technical skills and Operational background preferred but not essential.
