Gray Dawes Group has today confirmed the acquisition of INC. Travel Group’s Corporate and Marine businesses and the purchase of VIP Leisure Travel Ltd.
These are the company’s seventh and eighth acquisitions in four years, following hot on the heels of November’s announcement of the purchase of Giles Travel, and establishes a Gray Dawes strategic presence in the heart of Manchester alongside their offices in London, Amersham, Cambridge, Colchester and Leamington Spa.
Suzanne Horner, CEO of Gray Dawes Group, said “It has long been an ambition of mine to re-establish a Gray Dawes presence in the North West and the opportunity to acquire the INC. Travel corporate and marine business was just too good to miss.

Outgoing CEO at INC. Travel, Bill Tannahill, who will retain the Fairway International sports business that was previously part of INC. At the same time as confirming the INC. Travel deal Gray Dawes has also announced it has concluded a deal to purchase VIP Leisure Travel Ltd a specialist provider to the corporate incentive travel and VIP holiday markets.
Commenting on the acquisition, Suzanne Horner said “The VIP Leisure business complements well with Gray Dawes’ own corporate events and leisure offering and Peter and his team are bringing some unique knowledge and skills to our existing business”.
