Hawaii is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful and cultural nations in the world, and if you ever get the chance to visit then you will find there is so much to see and explore. In this post, we’re going to list some of the best activities to get up to when you visit Hawaii and what you should look out for.

Sunrise Lava Tour- One of the many wonders of Hawaii is the volcanoes it houses, there are currently three active volcanoes in the state and you can enjoy a guided hike visit to active lava flows. Starting at Volcanoes National Park, visitors will come close to fresh lava, see the sunrise and visit other areas within the rainforest park. The hike is around 5 miles in both directions depending on the volcanic activity, however the fumes are quite strong so pregnant women, infants and elderly people are not advised to get too close. The tours start at 4am and ends anywhere between 9 and 10am depending how close the lava flow is on the day.

Visit Pearl Harbour- Why not take in a bit of history while you’re on holiday? Pearl Harbour is one of the most famous locations from WW2 and is a national landmark. The admission to the Arizona memorial is free and the program lasts around an hour and 15 minutes. This includes a 23-minute documentary on the history of Pearl Harbour and a short boat ride to and from the memorial. You can visit all four of the Pearl Harbour sites in around 6 hours, so the best way to experience it is by making a whole day of it.
