We are excited to announce that our CEO, Suzanne, has been appointed to lead the initiatives of the People Strategy Group in her new role as Chair by the GTMC.
Suzanne is an Executive Board member for the GTMC and has been appointed this position due to her strong beliefs in the importance of training staff on new communication channels and technology in order to prepare them for the future. This combined with her strong commitment to diversity, training, and professionalism in the industry makes her the perfect champion to take this initiative forward.
The People Strategy Group plans to focus on areas such as investment in the next generation, apprenticeships, academia, training, and professionalism of standards within business travel management. Suzanne will bring all of her experience from the past 34 years to the table, which spans across retail, leisure, tour operator, travel management and technology sectors.
It is Suzanne’s passion for nurturing young talent within the corporate travel sector which will drive this programme forward, she will be leading the way attracting young talent to careers in corporate travel through the GTMC’s development of apprenticeships and training programmes.
