If you had to describe your job to a child, how would you do it?

If a company travels for work I try and persuade them to use our company to book all of their travel. Next question from a child would probably be.. How? By showing them how amazing our company is and how it can benefit them.

What are your biggest professional challenges?

For me it would be making sure we are one step ahead of the competition. The sales team pride themselves on being intuitive with the current market and we work closely with Marketing to come up with new ways to wow our potential clients. We do this with ways to introduce ourselves as a new client and working on leave behinds which will be left with potential clients

What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on?

A typical day for me starts between 8/830 checking emails and replying to customers, or sending out introductions. I then split the hours in the day either Generating leads or contacting leads. at least once a week I will be out visiting clients or attending meetings with my Sales Team. I also work very closely with the Account Managers assisting them with already established business, making sure we are getting all of the potential travel from them. My biggest aim on a day to day basis is to try and bring in as much business for the company as possible to hit our target and help nurture the clients we already have.
