At GDG we’ve built expert training and support systems which will make sure your bookers are comfortable with the workings and power of our online booking suite safe in the knowledge that should they have any question or query their support team is just a quick call away.
Online Training Options
We provide training via a variety of means ensuring that your bookers can be trained in the way that they prefer. We’ll provide initial system training but bookers can request a refresh session or training for any new starters at any point. Online training and support is a vital service and we can no additional charge for training, regardless of how you wish this training to be undertaken or the number of sessions you require…. it’s all part of the standard GDG service.
We’ll come to your office/s to provide individual or group, face to face training. This is a great way to build up relationships between our expert support team and your bookers, it is also the method of training that is the most interactive and therefore usually the most beneficial.[/fusion_old_tab]
An online interactive video conference, suited to either individuals or groups. One of our expert trainers will guide bookers through our online systems, showing them the tools in action via a WebEx session. Using this as an open forum, bookers are encouraged to ask any questions and seek clarifications as and when they arise.[/fusion_old_tab]
For those that prefer to learn at their own pace (or as a reference point for those bookers who have already undertaken a group or individual training session) we have a library of on-demand video guides which can be accessed 24/7 and run through key areas of our booking tool functionality.[/fusion_old_tab]
Although not recommended, some bookers like to just “get their hands dirty” with their login details and shout as any when they have any questions, without having undergone any formal training. Whilst our tools are simple and straight forward to use we don’t recommend this option as our tools are very powerful and bespoke, built with a high degree of travel policy, approval processes, negotiated rates, billing mechanisms etc which means that their are certain areas of functionality we really need to discuss with bookers before setting them loose![/fusion_old_tab] [/fusion_old_tabs]
