Travel Alerts Case Study

So when we get a travel alert we check an internal system called agentivity. This system will advise which passengers we have at that location or due to travel and this passenger information is sent to ops for contact to be made with their customers. We also send a travel alert in case we have not been able to contact them and also the travel alert is received for customers who potentially want to book future travel to that destination.

It also provides communication to our client base that we are up to date with world wide incidents.
