A Media company wanted to consolidate their travel spend through a single travel management in order to maintain control and gain complete visibility of their travel spend. They already had an internal travel team, however were using multiple channels, had lack of visibility of spend, traveller tracking and out of hours support.

The Solution

Gray Dawes was appointed to provide a comprehensive travel service to run alongside the internal travel team, we provided both online and traditional booking channels. All travel requests were to via the media companies Internal Travel team for them to either process online or via their dedicated travel consultant at Gray Dawes.

Our range of management information provided complete visibility of spend, while out of hours support and traveller tracking meant that the internal travel team were no longer on call during evenings and weekends.
