How will the recovery happen at different speed in different regions and in different industry sectors? We also look at whether a comparison to 2019 is unfair, when some believe there was an “overconsumption” of business travel. The panel also talks about how the time is right to reconsider business travel through the lens of sustainability and whether we should be wishing for a return to pre-pandemic business travel in any case.<\/p>\n

Sustainability notwithstanding, the panel discusses whether those companies who reduce travel will increase travel again when they see their competitors sitting in front of their clients rather than on a Zoom call. Have we reached “peak business travel” or not?<\/p>\n
