Here at Gray Dawes, our ESG (Environmental and Social Governance) strategy is driven by our newly appointed Global Brand Ambassador, Laura Busby.<\/p>\n

To celebrate the day she is leading our monthly Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging internal focus group meeting.<\/p>\n

The purpose of this group is to continually drive a culture of belonging across the business, underpinned by a key value that each employee “feels comfortable in being themselves, all of the time”.<\/p>\n

This group also focuses on how we can encourage a more diverse workforce into the travel sector.<\/p>\n

A recent McKinsey report<\/strong><\/a> revealed that those companies that focus the most on racial and ethnic diversity are 36% more likely to have financial returns that are above average for their industry.<\/p>\n
