Summary
77% of survey respondents stated that access to comprehensive travel content would be a key challenge in managing travel in 2025. As a result, TMCs that focus on offering a full range of content, from web rates and traditional GDS to negotiated rates and NDC, will be in a good position for growth. In 2024, not one survey respondent highlighted the issue of compliance and budget control – a far cry from the 56% that listed it as a challenge for this year.
