Unionized Swissport ground staff announce a series of 24-hour strikes at 17 airports across Spain, Feb. 27-Apr. 13;

The strike is likely to impact services including passenger and ramp assistance, executive aviation, and air cargo handling at: Alicante (ALC), Almeria (LEI), Barcelona (BCN), Burgos (RGS), Gran Canaria (LPA), Huesca (HSK), Lanzarote (ACE), Madrid (MAD), Malaga (AGP), Murcia (RMU), Reus (REU), Salamanca (SLM), Tenerife Sur (TFS), Valencia (VLC), Valladolid (VLL), and Zaragoza (ZAZ).

The industrial action will likely cause disruptions to airport operations, which may in turn lead to flight delays and cancellations.
