SCOPE OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Due to recent growth and development there is now an opportunity to join our Events Team and get involved in some very exciting events as a Project Executive. It is essential that you have an agency background at a similar level and have worked on complex events of at least 150 people. Experience of automotive, pharmaceutical and fashion customer requirements is desirable although you would work on a range of industry sectors, both home and overseas.
Taking client enquiries for venue bookings in the UK and overseas.
Utilising venue finding software.
Supplier negotiation and proposal writing.
Management of suppliers, venues, internal departments and team members where necessary.
Delegate management and registration.
Booking flights and accommodation requirements through the GDS or support team.
Budget management and reconciliation.
Supporting on larger events, but some experience of delivering smaller events end to end.
To identify and manage work load priorities and escalate issues as they arise.
To develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in the appropriate offices.
To ensure that all administration, both internal and external is of the highest standard.
To enhance productivity through innovation.
To ensure all invoicing is accurate and up to date.
To manage credit card reconciliation.
To ensure all SLA’s and KPI’s are consistently met.
To respond to any other reasonable duties or tasks that may be requested by your director.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum three years of agency experience is a must.
Proficient with event technology, Cvent would be a plus.
Adept at using Microsoft Office.
Some GDS knowledge would also be beneficial.
Strong Customer Service skillset
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work in a team and understands good teamwork
Ability to problem solve
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative
Highly motivated and enjoy working in what could be a fast-paced environment
