|Experience||Proven record of success in sales role within a service environment. Identification and development of new business opportunities through to fulfilment. Negotiating with key decision makers||Business travel sales.|
|Skills/Knowledge||Effective persuading and influencing skills. Word; Excel; PowerPoint; A CRM. Accurate and clear written communication skills. Able to self-manage and prioritise workload. Presentation skills.||Industry knowledge. Understanding of tendering and pricing processes.|
|Ability/aptitude||Ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships. Able to accurately assess customer needs and expectations. Motivated by the achievement of targets. Able to assimilate information and knowledge accurately e.g: market trends; competitors. Respond positively when under pressure to achieve targets and deadlines.||Existing knowledge of current trends and conditions within the Business Travel Industry.|
